The ICSNN (International Conference on Superlattices, Nanostructures and Nanodevices) is a biennial conference series with a tradition going back to the 1980s, usually being the largest satellite conference to the International Conference on the Physics of Semiconductors (ICPS). In 2022, the ICPS will be held in Sydney (Australia), the week before ICSNN. The ICSNN will take place in Vietnam, in the city of Quy Nhon in the splendid ICISE.
In the past decade, ICSNN was held in:
Kyongju, South Korea (2000)
Toulouse, France (2002)
Cancun, Mexico (2004)
Istanbul, Turkey (2006)
Natal, Brazil (2008)
Beijing, China (2010)
Dresden, Germany (2012)
Savanna, USA (2014)
Madrid, Spain (2018)
Quy Nhon (2020) — Postponed because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
